How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to our support team. Please follow these steps so we can verify and process your request quickly:

Email from your registered address

Send the request from the email linked to your Hisabcha account so we can verify your identity.

Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request"

This routes your request to the right team immediately.

Specify what you want deleted

Full account + all data, or only specific data such as sales history or product list.

We confirm and process within 30 days

You receive a confirmation when we receive your request, and again when deletion is complete.

Delete Only Specific Data (Keep Your Account)

You don't have to delete your account entirely. You can request deletion of specific data only. The following can be deleted individually:

  • Sales and transaction history
  • Product and inventory records
  • Barcode / SKU data
  • Cloud backup data

To request partial data deletion, email support@hisabcha.com and specify which data you want removed.
