How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to our support team. Please follow these steps so we can verify and process your request quickly:

Email from your registered address

Send the request from the email linked to your Hisabcha account so we can verify your identity.

Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request"

This routes your request to the right team immediately.

Specify what you want deleted

Full account + all data, or only specific data such as sales history or product list.

We confirm and process within 30 days

You receive a confirmation when we receive your request, and again when deletion is complete.

What Data Gets Deleted

Here is exactly what happens to each type of data when your deletion request is processed:

Note on retained data: Anonymous crash logs contain no personally identifiable information. They are retained up to 90 days solely for security and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted. This is disclosed per Google Play policy.

What to Expect After You Request

Within 48 hours — Confirmation email

We confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity via your registered email.

Within 7 days — Request processed

Your account is deactivated and deletion begins across all our systems.

Within 30 days — Full deletion complete

All personal and business data permanently removed. Final confirmation email sent.

Within 90 days — Diagnostic logs purged

Anonymous crash and diagnostic logs are automatically purged from our systems.

Delete Only Specific Data (Keep Your Account)

You don't have to delete your account entirely. You can request deletion of specific data only. The following can be deleted individually:

  • Sales and transaction history
  • Product and inventory records
  • Barcode / SKU data
  • Cloud backup data

To request partial data deletion, email support@hisabcha.com and specify which data you want removed.
